Production infrastructure

Grandma's has a state of the art production facility located at Muvattupuzha in central Kerala. The facility conforms to Fruit Products Order (FPO) standards for manufacturing units. The strategic location of the production facility ensures cost-effectiveness as well as timeliness of delivery. Qualified and experienced personnel from a cross section of the food products industry, man the facility.

Hygiene – Highest priority

Raw Material Level

The raw material goes through a multi-level quality check comprising of quality of grade, freshness and cleanliness before it reaches the production stage. Inspection for microbial contamination, pesticide, and fertiliser residues is carried in a sophisticated lab of international standards.

In Process Hygiene

A periodic and standard cleansing procedure for boiler, ducts and vessels is done under expert supervision. Personal hygiene of the workers is ensured by antiseptic dips at entry and exit. Work clothes are cleaned and sterilised in a state of the art facility. Head wear and mouth piece prevent contamination by hair or microbes during work hours.
