Manufacturing Process

PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE 
  Grandma's has a state of the art production facility located at Muvattupuzha in central Kerala. The facility conforms to FRUIT PRODUCTS ORDER (FPO) standards for manufacturing units. Being located near 3 international airports, Cochin, Trivandrum, Calicut and  one seaport Cochin, exports are cost effective  and time bound.

Qualified, experienced personnel drawn from a cross section of the food product industry man the facility.
 
HYGIENE - THE HIGHEST PRIORITY
Raw Material Level
 Thorough precleaning and inspection is done before any raw meterial is passed on to production. Inspection for microbial contamination, pesticide and fertiliser residues is done in a sophisticated lab of international standards.
In Process Hygeine
 Periodic, standard cleansing procedures for boiler, ducts and vessels is done under expert supervision. Personal hygeine of the workers is ensured by antiseptic dips at entry and exit. Work clothes are cleaned and sterilised in a state of the art facility. Head wear and mouth piece prevent contamination by hair or microbes during work hours.
Finished Product Hygeine
 The bottles for packing finished products are cleansed and sterilised by an advanced technique. Caps also pass through a similar process.
